As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living tasks, providing personal care and support, and organizing social activities and community access.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide personal care and support to clients including assistance with toileting, feeding, and medication management
* Organize social activities and community access for clients to promote their physical and emotional well-being
* Document services provided and report incidents to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
* Valid Police Check
* Willingness to travel to Nowra
* NDIS Check
* Current Driver's Licence
* Certificate 3 in Aged or Disability Care (or equivalent)
* Current First Aid Certificate
