With experienced leadership, robust systems and a rapidly growing customer base, the business is entering its next phase of expansion and is seeking a Finance Manager to support and drive this growth.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the finance function across all three businesses.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to an experienced Finance Manager who enjoys partnering with operational leaders, improving financial performance and developing high‑performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage and oversee the annual budgets across all group entities, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including detailed variance analysis
* Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure ongoing liquidity and financial stability
* Partner with department heads to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic decision‑making
* Identify and mitigate financial risks, including insurance, credit exposure and financial liabilities
* Liaise with external tax advisors to prepare and submit all required tax filings, ensuring full compliance

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Finance Manager within a commercial environment
* You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident with local experience
* Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring and developing finance teams
* High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
* Advanced proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
* Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
Performance Objectives
* Deliver accurate and timely annual budgets
* Ensure all tax obligations are met accurately and on time
* Develop and mentor the finance team to meet or exceed performance targets
