A well-established, trade-focused retailer in Castle Hill is looking for a Full-Time Sales Assistant to join their high-performing store team.

About the Role
This is a practical, on-the-floor role suited to someone who likes to stay active and engaged throughout the day. You'll be supporting customers, managing stock, and contributing to a smooth and efficient store operation.
Roster
Roster: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday (includes 1 weekend day)
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver strong, practical customer service on the shop floor
* Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
* Support stock replenishment, receiving, and organisation
* Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals
* Assist with general store operations and back-of-house tasks
Skills & Experience
* Experience in hardware, tools, trade, or similar environments highly regarded
* Comfortable in a hands-on, physical role (lifting involved)
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Salary & Benefits
* $65-70K + Superannuation
