We're rolling into onion harvest season and on the lookout for a few legendary locals to join the crew If you're a tractor driver or a forklift pro, this is your time to shine in the sun (literally).

Tractor Operators – Take the Wheel

Reporting to the Onion Harvest Manager, you will be required to operate tractors in our onion harvest operations.
What you'll do:
* Jump behind the wheel of modern tractors to bring in the onion haul.
* Operate machinery with safety and smoothly across our scenic farms.
* Show us your reliability and proficiency with our schedule and operation.
* Adhere to farm policies and standard operating procedures.
* Reach optimal harvest team KPI targets.
* Ensure required standards of hygiene are being met.
* Work as part of a top-notch team under the open sky.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience operating a tractor including forklift tractor in a field environment.
* Ability to travel independently between farming sites.
* Adaptability to varied work hours if required.
* Ability to demonstrate high level of safety awareness.
* The ability to work under pressure in a high volume and fast paced environment.
* Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights.
* Forklift licence preferred, but not essential
Forklift Operators – Join the Team
Are you a gun forklift operator? Then buckle up – onion season is around the corner, and we need two legends like you to jump in and make it all happen
Reporting to our Onion Harvest Manager, you will be responsible for a safe and efficient forklift operation during onion harvest operations.
What you'll do:
* Load 'em up Move fresh-picked onions from paddock to truck and around the factory.
* Operate our forklifts with a high level of precision and care to ensure safe loading.
* Follow harvest advice, documentation and accuracy.
* Adhere to farm policies and standard operating procedures.
* Work hand-in-hand with our harvest and production teams to meet logistic timelines.
* Ensuring required standards of hygiene are met.
* Assist harvest team to reach optimal KPI targets.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience operating a High Reach Forklift in a farming environment loading and unloading trucks.
* Adaptability to varied work hours if required.
* Ability to travel independently between farming locations.
* Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced team on the farm or in cold room environment.
* Capability to perform repetitious tasks efficiently, accurately and systematically.
* RF scanning experience.
* Current drivers licence, LF forklift licence and full Australian working rights.

Season: October 2025 – January 2026
Start Dates: Rolling intake from September
