We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial success. This is a full-time position based in Docklands, VIC location. Australian permanent residency is required.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide strong leadership and management to the team, including hiring, training, and developing staff.
 * Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.
 * Manage all financial aspects of the venue, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
 * Oversee inventory management, procurement, and stock control.
 * Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
 * Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic marketing and promotional initiatives.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
 * Continuously seek ways to improve operations and enhance the venue's overall performance.
Requirements:
 * Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
 * Experience in events and functions hospitality is essential.
 * Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a high-performing team.
 * Minimum experience managing teams of 20+ staff members is required.
 * Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong financial management and budget control abilities.
 * Proficiency in inventory management and stock control.
 * Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.
 * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
 * A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
 * Current RSA certification is required.
