About Us
The Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) operates 56 Schools in the ACT and NSW and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs) in the ACT.
The Catholic Education Office (CEO) within CECG provides strategic, professional, corporate and operational services to the CECG system of Schools, ELCs and the CEO through seven Service Areas. These Service Areas include: Education and Performance Improvement; Catholic Identity; School and Family Services; Strategy and Special Projects; Finance and Infrastructure; Information and Communication Technology; and People and Culture.
About The Role
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for ensuring that CECG's IT capability services the 56 schools and nine ELCs in the Archdiocese. The primary indicator of the CIO's success is that school Principals assess the IT systems and the service provided by the IT function as supporting them to do their job well. As part of this responsibility the CIO leads the whole-of-enterprise technology strategy, ICT Framework and delivery of ICT Services. The CIO provides advice to the Board Committees on digital transformation, risk management and strategies related to technology.

Qualifications And Eligibility Criteria
* Qualifications in Information Technology and/or similar.
* Have demonstrated executive leadership experience within a medium to large organisation with complex information and communications technology requirements
* ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance and NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Driver's Licence.
