Job Title: Community Activities Coordinator
We are seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded individual to join our team as a Community Activities Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating a variety of in-store and community-based activities that enhance the shopping experience for our customers, as well as build and strengthen existing relationships within the local community.
About the Role:
* Organise, implement and manage all store activities and in-store vibe including kids activities, workshops, supplier demonstrations, family nights and event planning
* Visit local schools and community groups to deliver workshops and community projects
* Manage donations and fundraising activities for our local schools and community groups
* Assist in managing existing and new relationships with our community groups and be the key point of contact at their local location
* Promote and communicate store events and activities, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A genuine passion for supporting and being involved in the community
* An ability to influence and motivate the team in store
* Confidence to grow and maintain relationships
* Creativity to design and deliver workshops and activities
* Ability to be organised, plan events and manage your time effectively
