Job Description
We are seeking a detail-focused and highly organized Production Support Administrator to ensure smooth operations within our production environment by supporting purchasing, stock control, and job administration processes.
* Check supplier invoices against system pricing, investigate discrepancies, and raise credit claims where required
* Update supplier pricing in the system when necessary
* Match delivery dockets with supplier invoices, investigate discrepancies, and liaise with stores staff as needed
* Process goods inwards notes by costing and creating invoices in MYOB Exo Business (experience advantageous)
* Scan and maintain records as required
Requirements
You will need:
* Previous administration experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A methodical and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
* A positive, team-oriented attitude
