We are seeking a skilled and professional Administration Support Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our service, you will be responsible for managing our reception and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide advice and information on our products and services to clients and colleagues
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
* Current Police Screening Certificate
* Current Queensland drivers' licence
* Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
