We have a rare and exciting opportunity available for an energetic Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Site Services team based in Naval Base on a full-time basis.
**What you can expect daily**:
- Provide the day to day coordination and admin support to the Site Service team under the direction of the WA Service Manager.
- Create and maintain shutdown calendar using client-supplied look ahead schedules.
- Allocate and manage internal/external resources using client labour request information (LRS).
- Open and maintain costings for Site Service projects in Pronto.
- Organise and manage equipment hire (according to shutdown scope requirements).
- Consult with client sites to resolve conflicting mobilisation/demobilisation dates to ensure adequate resourcing levels are maintained.
- Liaise with client site contacts to resolve work scope and resourcing queries.
- Assist with proofing and formatting post-shut reports for issue to clients.
- Maintain Site Service personnel (including labour hire) training and qualification data (including online client portals).
- Administer tooling replacement and equipment calibration/repairs processes.
- Contribute WIP and accrual data in preparation for end of month reporting.
- Coordinate and collate timesheets and payroll information.
- Order uniforms and PPE for Site Service personnel and contractors as required.
- Secure and book applicable training and inductions for Site Service personnel and contractors.
- Manage travel and accommodation for Site Service personnel.
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Computer literate with knowledge of ERP software (Pronto preferred) as well as Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Project.
- 2 years + experience mobilisation experience
- Previous experience working in a busy, hands on environment.
- Proven ability to work unsupervised and show initiative.
- Proven ability to deal with pressure.
- Demonstrated "people" skills and the ability to converse well with stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a mining shutdown resourcing environment.
- Experience dealing with large mining companies and their ERP systems.
