About The Role
Our client is looking for Integrated Logistics Support or Asset Management experts with a background working with Defence. We have several positions including ILS Managers, ILS Practitioners, ILS Engineers, and other logistics support and asset management roles. Bring with you an awesome can-do attitude and related qualifications, and we'll provide the rest, including a $10,000 annual professional development allowance.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in acquisition and sustainment projects.
* Experience in Defence ILS contracting using ASDEFCON principles.
* Experience in leading ILS system reviews and recommendations, including review of ILS deliverables.
* Understanding of Support System Support resources and requirements.
* Experience in the development, review and maintenance of ILS documents including ILS concepts and plans as well as Configuration Management Plans.
* Understanding of Logistic Engineering concepts (Desirable), in particular
* Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM)
* Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
* Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA)
* Task Analysis
* Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)
* Maintenance evaluations and Maintenance task analysis
* Understanding of Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), including LSA Record (LSAR) (Desirable).
* Familiarity with systems engineering including system configuration and documentation (Desirable).
* ILS verification and validation and certification activities (Desirable).
* Life Cycle Costing (LCC) analysis and modelling (Desirable).
* Knowledge of Technical Publication Standards (Desirable).
* Understanding of Supply Chain Management, including warehousing, inventory management and PHS&T.
* Understanding of Spares Optimisation, Obsolescence Management and Analysis.
* Logistic Information Management Systems, in particular MILIS.
What We Are Also Looking For
* Skilled in developing materiel logistics concepts, plans and specifications.
* Practical experience in managing ILS programs associated with complex/strategic capability systems.
* Exposure to the Australian Defence capability lifecycle and processes.
* Experience building trusted & valued relationships with project team, customers & partners.
* Good Communications and Liaising skills.
* Must hold a current NV1 security clearance or higher.

About You And What You'll Bring
* Education and Qualifications in logistics, engineering, formal training, or equivalent experience (at least 2 years) in a logistics/asset management discipline.
* Must hold at least an NV1 clearance.
