Production Worker – Join our client at the mill factory in Northam.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production flow, and ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards.
Roster: Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor mill production equipment and machines.
Load raw materials and handle finished products safely.
Perform routine quality checks on products during the production process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
Follow company policies and all health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing, mill, or factory environment preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
Basic mechanical or technical knowledge an asset.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
