Based in the Northern Suburbs this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take the next step in their career from Assistant to Property Manager!
We are seeking a fun-loving and reliable Property Manager who can work in a team environment and also independently.
The Position:
* Within this role, you will manage your own portfolio of approximately 180 properties, including assistance from the Administration team.
* General maintenance, arrears, routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
* Compliance and legal adherence: Promote industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices, ensuring full compliance in all property management and leasing activities.
* Working a 5 day week and 1 in 3 Saturdays
The Ideal Candidate:
A current Victorian Agents Representative
* Experience in Property Management
* Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Stable employment displayed on CV
* Experience using Property Me however very easy to learn if you have never used this programme and you will be trained!
Qualifications:
* Must hold Agent's Rep Certificate or equivalent.
* Minimum 12 months experience in property management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* The desire to learn and grow.
* The ability to work proactively and independently.
