Indigeco is supporting a NSW Government Department to engage a skilled Senior Platform Designer for high-impact digital transformation work.
This role contributes to research, design and delivery activities across major ServiceNow programs, improving staff experience and enabling more effective frontline services.
About the role
The Senior Platform Designer works hands-on across discovery, research, prototyping, testing and high-fidelity design, ensuring solutions are consistent, accessible and grounded in user insight.
You will collaborate with Product Owners, platform teams, developers and Customer Experience functions to guide evidence-based design across a large government environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead user research, discovery, synthesis and usability testing to inform ServiceNow product and enhancement decisions.
Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups aligned to platform and accessibility standards.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and convert insights into practical, actionable design solutions.
Provide evidence-based input to support prioritisation, roadmap alignment and sustainable platform design.
Produce high-quality design artefacts that promote consistency and scalability across the ServiceNow environment.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to capability uplift across the broader design team.
Key Requirements
Experience delivering human-centred design across complex enterprise or SaaS platforms.
Ability to translate research and insights into practical designs in multidisciplinary teams.
Strong skills in workshops, research, prototyping and high-fidelity design delivery.
Experience balancing user needs, business priorities and technical constraints.
Strong understanding of accessibility, usability and platform-wide design standards.
