Out client specialises in automotive and outdoor leisure goods, and now requires an experienced Administration Assistant, receptionist and looking to work in a busy, but friendly head office.
This is a **permanent full-time** position.

**About You**
As an Admin Assistant your day will be varied and will include:
- Timely creation and processing of invoices using MYOB Advanced
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling transport bookings
- Liaising with warehouse staff
- Taking orders over the phone as well as from walk in customers
- Day to day administration duties
It is essential that you have proven experience in a similar role with a strong focus on detail. We are seeking an individual with a 'can do' approach and a commitment to customer service who can adapt to a changing fast pace environment where the work can vary from day to day.
