As a Hellomonday Coach, You Will
- Facilitate Outplacement and Career Transition Support Coaching to individuals impacted by restructures and redundancies (Career Coach)
- Be a trusted advisor and sounding board for participants through a sensitive period in their lives
- Use our platforms and tools to drive accountability, engagement, and measurable outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and session notes via our coaching portals
We’re Looking For Coaches Who Are
- Coaching Certified from a major coaching association or a CDAA-recognized Diploma in Career Development or Counselling (Essential)
- Experienced - minimum 2 years relevant experience and/or 200+ hours of coaching
- Skilled Communicators who bring empathy, curiosity, and challenge to every session
- Tech-Confident, ready to work seamlessly across our digital coaching platforms
- Growth-Oriented, continuously learning, sharing, and evolving their practice
- Culturally Aware, with a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion in leadership
