Pullman Sydney Airport is currently seeking a motivated and talented Full Time Reservations Agent to join our luxury property boasting 229 rooms, an Executive Lounge, Mobius Bar & Grill and 5 versatile conference rooms. As a Reservations Agent you are the beginning of an exceptional guest journey, you will make our Guest's feel welcome and provide a personalised experience during your interactions with them.
We are looking for the right person to join the team, someone who can move with the changing business and grow & develop with us as the hotel welcomes back our corporate & leisure guests.
What you will be doing:
- Consistently offering exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
- Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
Your experience and skills include:
- Guest focused personality is essential
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
