In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across newly implemented systems, ensuring they meet evolving business needs, operational performance standards, and cyber security requirements.
You will assist our organisations to achieve outcomes, continual improvement and greater efficiency.
This will be achieved through analysis of the organisational structure, methods, risks, systems and procedures.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support the successful implementation of scalable and secure system enhancements.This is a high-impact role that bridges strategic business goals with detailed technical delivery.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business stakeholders and third-party providers to gather, analyse, refine, and document functional and non-functional business requirements.Translate business needs into system use cases, process flows, and standard operating procedures, ensuring alignment with security architecture and compliance frameworks.Conduct detailed business and systems analysis to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within the current technology landscape.Assess and identify improved ways of automating, orchestrating, streamlining, and combining technologies and processes - applying AI functions where possibleCollaborate with developers, systems engineers, and project managers to ensure solutions are feasible, secure, and scalable.Prepare high-quality documentation and training material, where required.Lead and support end-user onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer activities for new systems or features.Contribute to change management and communication planning, including stakeholder impact analysis, readiness assessment, and go-live support.Assisting and encouraging the development of objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving optimal customer experience and satisfaction and the effective use of organisations' resources and capabilitiesIdentifying business and organisational gaps and opportunities through application of continuous improvement and change methodologiesAnalysing and evaluating current systems, capabilities and structuresAdvising stakeholders on recommendations based on analysis of current-state gaps to provide solutions to organisational problemsPreparing and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and support organisational innovation and improvementsAssisting in implementing approved recommendationsProviding coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to build specific capabilitiesKey Competencies & Experience3 years' experience as a Database Administrator/AnalystStrong background in business process analysis, systems implementation, and digital transformation projects.Experience working with Dynamics and SNOW preferred.Experience in delivering process improvement and automation solutions leveraging scripting, workflow tools, or low-code platforms is a strong advantage.Experience with running multiple projectsSkillsSkilled in preparing clear documentation such as process maps, user stories, and technical specifications.Advanced skills in documentation tools: Microsoft Visio, etc.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and part of a team to deliver business outcomesPersonal AttributesAnalytical and methodical approach to problem solving with a focus on root cause and measurable improvement.Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.Proactive self-starter, able to work independently while remaining a highly collaborative team member.Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to documentation and change control.Calm under pressure, especially in high-stakes or response contexts.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
