The Role
Are you an energetic and detail-driven creative looking to build your career in live events and brand experiences? We’re looking for a Junior Event Producer – Brand Partnerships to join our Sydney team on a part-time, three-month contract. In this hands‑on role, you’ll support the production and delivery of branded events, sponsorship activations, and experiential campaigns that connect fans and brands through unforgettable live moments.
You’ll work alongside senior producers, account managers, and creative teams to help bring activations to life across Australia, coordinating logistics, supporting production schedules, and assisting on‑site during event delivery. What You’ll Be Doing
- Event Support: Assist in planning and producing live events, activations, and sponsorship projects from concept to completion.
- Production Coordination: Support senior producers with supplier briefings, budget tracking, and production timelines.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate schedules, bump‑in/out operations, and on‑site event logistics.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with internal teams, brand partners, and promoters to ensure deliverables are met.
- Event Documentation: Assist with creation of run sheets, call times, and post‑event reports.
- Admin & Tracking: Manage invoices, budgets, and database updates to keep projects running smoothly.
- On‑site Delivery: Support event execution, ensuring brand consistency, safety, and seamless delivery.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with emerging trends in experiential marketing, sponsorship, and live entertainment.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Organisation: Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Great Communicator: Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Team Spirit: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn from others.
- Technical Know‑how: Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; bonus points for experience with ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends during event periods.
- Passion for Live Experiences: Genuine enthusiasm for live entertainment, brand activations, and creative production.
