Job Description
We are seeking a Support Services Assistant to join our team at Mt Wilga Private Hospital. This role supports the team ensuring patients can attend their therapies.
This includes providing transportation for inpatients via wheelchairs to and from therapy, following a set schedule of transporting patients, and working as part of the portering and therapy teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high standard of customer service and a team approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide transportation for inpatients via wheelchairs to and from therapy
* Follow a set schedule of transporting patients and work as part of the portering and therapy teams
* Effectively provide assistance and support to the Portering Team Leader and the Inpatient Therapy Manager in the effective delivery of portering services within the hospital

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
* Be willing to undergo a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
