Xplicit Kleans is a Brisbane-based commercial, industrial, and external cleaning company specialising in industrial warehouses, external building washing, pressure cleaning, and large-scale external works.
We do not focus on office cleaning.
We're looking for a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) whose sole focus is generating new commercial and industrial opportunities.

The Role
This is a new business / hunter role.
Your job is to:
* Identify and contact commercial & industrial clients
* Speak with decision-makers
* Qualify opportunities
* Book site inspections for management to quote and close
You will not be responsible for quoting, closing, or admin.

Key Responsibilities
* Target warehouses, builders, facility managers, and body corporates
* Conduct outbound outreach (calls, walk-ins, email, LinkedIn)
* Qualify leads and book site inspections
* Maintain a simple pipeline of prospects

What We're Looking For
* Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
* Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face conversations
* Results-driven and self-motivated
* Experience in commercial services or construction is a plus

Salary & Commission
* $60,000 – $75,000 base (depending on experience)
* 2.5% commission on all jobs won from leads you generate (ex-GST)
* Paid monthly, uncapped earning potential
