Role Responsibilities
* Manage the team responsible for providing hedging advisory services across JLL's APAC footprint.
* Respond to inquiries from internal and external professionals, providing advice and analysis related to the mitigation of financial risks derived from interest rate and currency fluctuations.
* Build positive client relationships through a comprehensive understanding of client needs and the availability of suitable risk management solutions.
* Assist industry professionals in the preparation, execution, and documentation of hedging solutions.
* Consider risk, internal controls, and compliance as part of day‐to‐day accountabilities and adherence to policies and procedures.
What You Bring
* 10+ years as a client‐facing derivative marketer, structurer, or risk management advisor in commercial banking or advisory.
* Proven track record managing teams and developing junior professionals.
* Post‐secondary degree in finance, economics, or related field.
* Comprehensive knowledge of capital markets, derivative products, and pricing models.
* Strong command of interest rate and FX hedging strategies.
* Proficiency with Bloomberg, MS Office Suite, and Salesforce platforms.
* Deep understanding of APAC financial regulations and market dynamics.
* Exceptional communication skills with C‐suite executives.
* Advanced financial analysis capabilities.
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects under deadline pressure.
* Collaborative approach to working with capital markets professionals.
This role is based in our Sydney office with full‐time in‐office presence (5 days per week) and regular travel throughout the APAC region.
