Rehabilitation Consultant Role
We are seeking talented professionals to join our Rehabilitation team. This role will be based in Western NSW, offering a flexible hybrid working environment.
Our rehabilitation provider delivers workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services nationwide. We work with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across various personal injury schemes.
As a key member of the team, you'll empower injured clients to thrive by guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care
* Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
* Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments to inform effective rehabilitation plans
* Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture where colleagues feel valued and appreciated
* Manage your time effectively to balance autonomy and teamwork
Requirements:
* Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
* Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
