Pearl Home Care is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Bunbury WA. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our home care services.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the team with general office administrative duties, including data entry, telephone reception and correspondence
* Coordinating client documentation and maintaining accurate records in compliance with aged care regulations
* Liaising between clients, care staff and management to ensure smooth service delivery
* Assisting with rostering and staff scheduling to optimise care worker deployment
* Preparing and processing invoices, billing documentation and other administrative reports
* Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with privacy legislation and home care standards
Key Requirements
* Experience working in an administrative or office support role, ideally within the aged care, health or community services sector
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff and stakeholders
* Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
* A customer-focused mindset with genuine empathy for the clients and families we serve
