Lead TSF Construction and Operations
Coordinate construction and operations of tailings facilities to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and design requirements. A hands-on leader with experience in tailings or large-scale civil earthworks is ideal for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily TSF operations including dam construction, embankment raises, and water management.
* Oversee supervisors and crews to achieve project and safety targets by mentoring and leading them effectively.
* Ensure QA/QC compliance, scheduling, and resource allocation meet the highest standards.
* Maintain effective communication with engineers, consultants, and client representatives.
