Senior Youth Worker
Part-Time, Minimum 22.5 hours per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? Roebourne PCYC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Youth Worker to assist our Program Coordinator to lead, inspire and support out safeSPACE program in the community.
As a Senior Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in create safe, engaging and supportive environments for young people in the community. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Program Coordinator with the delivery and development of the safeSPACE program
- Providing leadership to the team of youth officers.
- Contributing to program planning, reporting and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate must be available for the below hours:
- Thursday: 12:30pm-8:30pm
- Friday: 12:30pm-8:30pm
- Saturday: 10:30am-6:30pm
Earnings from $1101.75 per week plus access to salary packaging!

Who we’re looking for:
- Passionate about working and improving the lives of young people in the community.
- Experience working in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Possess a qualification in Youth Work/Community Services/Psychology or other related fields
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build positive and professional relationships
- Sound understanding of the Youth Work Code of Ethics.
