The Opportunity 
Within our Victorian Bradford and Monier customer service team we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our existing customer services team. This role could be located in any of our offices nationally. 
This is a critical role servicing our supply and install contracted customers where we provide a market leading service as part of the residential construction build. The role services builders and communicates directly with their construction teams working in the field, collaborates with the sales team, our internal construction team and the wider customer services team to deliver an excellent customer experience. 
Duties/responsibilities 
Build relationships and acquire expert knowledge of individual accounts 
Contributing to recent ideas and process improvements 
Collaborate closely with sales and construction teams 
Ensure process efficiency i.e., customer orders are accurately entered into the system 
Fast and accurate online data entry of orders and invoices 
General admin including invoicing and paying vendors 
Skills/experience 
Experience within a customer service or call centre environment 
High level of problem-solving skill and navigation of complex issues 
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, calm and respectful under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude 
Excellent computer skills, SAP (preferred), Microsoft office package 
Knowledge of Melbourne and the surrounding metropolitan area 
Hours of Work: 
Alternate week schedule (08:30 am - 05:00 pm week 1); (7.30 am - 4.00 pm week 2)
