About the Role:
This position provides comprehensive HR generalist advice to clients, covering employment lifecycle issues to optimize business outcomes. Responsibilities include compliance, recruitment, performance management, remuneration, culture, workforce planning, learning and development, organization design, employee relations, mediation, and strategic initiatives.
Working as a key advocate within Avant Practice Solutions, you will shape employment service delivery, develop team processes, and foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional HR advice and leadership to clients
* Managing HR advisory roles for medical practices and doctors
* Analyzing HR needs and recommending solutions
* Executing projects aligned with Avant Practice Solutions’ goals
* Supporting staff management in private practices
* Adapting to varied practice needs
* Promoting engagement and continuous improvement
The PMC team manages projects such as:
* Organizational reviews and mentoring
* Gap analyses and start-up projects
* Business and change management
* Accreditation support and business planning
* Development of health employment services
Key responsibilities include:
* Building and managing efficient service models
* Designing and managing operations and service delivery
* Delivering projects within budget and KPIs
* Supporting HR needs in practices, including queries, awards, structures, mediation, and legal compliance
* Analyzing operations and reporting on performance
* Contributing to team performance and growth initiatives
* Promoting APS services and developing client relationships
* Enhancing team capabilities and maintaining high morale
Success in this role requires:
* Customer service focus and HR understanding, preferably in healthcare
* Leadership and relationship-building skills
* Experience managing performance and grievances
* Proficiency with MS Office and analytical tools
* Problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
* Knowledge of workplace legislation and governance
