Job Title: STEWARD
To perform a variety of tasks as assigned by the F&B Manager & Head Chef with a view toward developing into a skilled, efficient, safe and hygienic chef.
Key Responsibilities:
* Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately.
* Work in the kitchen on a daily basis.
* Ensure work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
* Attend and be responsible for all training provided by Chefs.
* Minimise wastage at all times.
* Maintain a clean and safe working area at all times.
* Take responsibility for cleaning duties and responsibilities.
* Follow established standard operating procedures at all times.
* Contribute to an environment of learning and professionalism.
* Maintain self-appearance in accordance with hotel grooming standards.
* Maintain harmonious relationships with other service team members.
* Comply with established hotel operational policies and procedures.
* Have full knowledge and practice occupational health and safety guidelines (OH&S).
* Perform any other duties as directed by the Executive Chef.
