About the Role

As an Audit and Risk Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Risk, Audit, and Integrity to develop and implement effective mitigation plans, ensuring the highest standards of workplace health, safety, and service quality.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance, internal audit, risk management, or health/business processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that values diverse perspectives and supports the growth and development of its members.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your clinical judgement to system-level challenges, leveraging your experience in research, evidence gathering, analysis, and policy development.

* Demonstrated understanding of compliance, internal audit, risk management, or health/business processes.

* Experience in research, evidence gathering, analysis, and developing policies or frameworks.
