Hours: Monday-Friday
* Monday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
* Tuesday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Cleaning Operative to join our team at a premium retail site in Caloundra. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality cleaning services with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain all areas to a high standard of cleanliness.
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to client needs professionally.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times.
* Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Requirements
* Ability to pass a Criminal History Check
* Valid Driver's License
* Previous cleaning experience (retail or commercial environment preferred).
* High level of personal presentation and communication skills.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
* Excellent mobility and ability to walk for long periods.
* Previous experience using a ride-on scrubber (preferred but not essential).
