Master mechanical equipment specialist

Key Responsibilities:

* Overhaul and assemble gearboxes, pumps, pulleys, valves and screens with a focus on quality and accuracy.
* Operate and maintain workshop machinery and tools efficiently.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and instructions accurately.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure productivity and safety.
* Supervise and mentor apprentices and trades assistants effectively.
* Provide constructive feedback to improve processes, tooling and safety practices regularly.

As a Mechanical Fitter you will work in a fast-paced environment with skilled tradespeople. You will be responsible for assembling testing and repairing mechanical equipment as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
