Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide business support, administrative functions, and oversee the general running of our office.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Support Activities:
o Diary management and coordination of travel bookings
o Organisation of events including investor meetings, team offsites, and social functions
o Updating PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and reports on branded templates
o Coordinating with other teams and offices across the network
* Office Management Duties:
o General running of the office including reception services
o Liaising with building management, maintenance, and contractors
o Maintaining subscriptions and contracts, including expense processing
o Health and safety, including coordinating fire wardens and first aid officers
Required Skills and Qualifications
Relevant experience as an administrative professional, preferably within a financial services environment, including:
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
* Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to learn on the job
* Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
* Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
