Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare menu items according to established guidelines and standards.
* Support senior chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks including food assembly and plating.
* Maintain control and leadership in the kitchen during service times.
* Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the workstation.
Requirements:
* Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
* Food Handlers Certificate
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of fundamental cooking methods and recipe execution
* Ability to work varied shifts as required
