The Role
You'll manage around 80-100 well‐maintained properties (fewer for part‐time or developing PMs). Working alongside 1 PM, the Director and Admin.
* End‐to‐end portfolio management (no trust accounting)
* Properties located South of the river
* PCRs outsourced + external inspection support where needed
* Leadership handles all court and tribunal matters
* Quick leasing turnaround with improved tenant selection
You'll thrive here if you are
* An experienced PM, or a strong Assistant PM, ready to step up
* Confident in managing a diverse tenant demographic
* A strong communicator with empathy and resilience
* Organised, proactive and able to work independently
