Job Title: Speech Pathologist
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our team in providing comprehensive evidence-based services to infants, children, and young people with developmental concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide speech pathology services to clients and families of the Child Development Service.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize and coordinate caseloads.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support clients' goals and needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech Pathology from an Australian university.
* Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) and registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a practicing member.
* Demonstrated experience working with children and families, particularly in early intervention settings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
