Job Description:

* Provide exceptional support to the hospitality function in our care home, ensuring a high level of service delivery across catering, cleaning and laundry.
* Use your skills and expertise to create a welcoming environment for residents, focusing on their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality and hygiene standards.
* Complete required documentation and reporting.
* Respond to residents' queries and requests.
* Perform laundry duties, including loading washers & dryers, sorting linen, hanging, folding, wrapping or ironing linen.
* Assist with basic food preparation, provide meals and snacks, clear dining areas and dishwashing.
* Clean general areas, mop, vacuum, and collect waste in residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal and living spaces.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Cleaning or catering experience preferred but not essential.
* Flexible availability for various shifts throughout the week.
* Understanding of work health, safety and hygiene practices, with ability to work unsupervised.
