Our Cyber & Tech Risk (C&TR) practice seeks to increase public trust in digital services through advisory, assurance, privacy, data governance, digital identity, and security operations.
The Role and Responsibilities
* Lead a key service line or market within our Cyber & Tech Risk team and contribute as a member of the C&TR leadership team.
* Build strong client relationships, either through market engagement or project delivery, to deeply understand our clients' cyber challenges and how our broad capabilities can help.
* Lead business development activities including proposal development, competitive RFQ/RFP responses, cost modelling, and facilitating client presentations and demonstrations.
* Lead large and complex client engagements and provide expertise to a team of specialists to deliver innovative and high‐quality services in Risk Management, Strategy, Governance & Culture, and Cyber Transformation.
* Manage the budget of a service line or capability to ensure continued financial viability.
* Manage the health, wellbeing, and professional growth of a team of high‐performing consultants, including recruitment, mentoring and coaching, workload management, staff wellbeing, and performance management.
* Lead the development of new capabilities, products and services based on market demand.
* Manage commercial relationships with key alliance partners.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of industry experience working with large organisations implementing cyber security controls.
* Expert knowledge of common cyber security frameworks used by Australian and QLD government organisations (e.g. ISM/PSPF, ISO27k, NIST CSF, VPDSF, SACSF).
* Strong foundation of knowledge across contemporary technologies including networks, hyperscale clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP), common SaaS applications, end‐user compute, and data governance.
* Sound understanding of service delivery in commercial markets, including experience in business development activities, government procurement procedures, and managing several projects across a program of work.
* Qualifications and certifications in recognised industry accreditations such as CISSP, CISM, AWS and/or Microsoft Cloud certifications, SANS GIAC Information Security Professional (GISP), CCSP, CISA, ISO27001 training, Chartered Security Architect –Foundation Certificate (SCF), FAIR Analysis Fundamentals, or CompTIA.
