Role Description
This is a part‐time hybrid role for a Commercial Lawyer, based in Melbourne, VIC, with opportunities for some remote work. The Commercial Lawyer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, providing legal advice to clients, addressing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Qualifications
* Strong expertise and knowledge in Law and Legal Issues
* Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Commercial Contracts
* Ability to provide clear and effective Legal Advice to clients
* Familiarity with Data Privacy regulations and compliance standards
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in assisting small to mid‐sized businesses, startups, or tech companies is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification; admission to practice law in Australia is required
