About the Bakery Role
We're looking for a skilled Baker to join our team in a warm and creative café environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other baking ingredients according to recipes and quality standards.
2. Bake breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products while maintaining high-quality consistency.
3. Decorate, glaze, or finish cakes and pastries when required (icing, toppings, presentation).
4. Packaging and presenting baked goods attractively for sale or display.
5. Monitor ovens, baking times, and temperatures to ensure optimal results.
6. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized kitchen and bakery workspace.
7. Manage inventory levels of flour, ingredients, and other baking materials.
8. Collaborate with café staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service.
9. Assist with early morning preparation or special orders as needed.
