A little brief of the role:
This is a hands‐on, high‐energy recruitment role where no two days look the same. You'll be recruiting at scale, building talent pipelines nationwide and working with a passionate, driven team committed to creating real outcomes for youth and disadvantaged communities.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations nationally
* Manage a team of recruiters across states
* Driving innovative, creative hiring campaigns that cut through the market
* Running daily group interviews and one-on-one interviews
* Headhunting and proactively sourcing top talent
* Partnering with leaders to deliver fast, quality hiring outcomes
* Managing offers, negotiations and onboarding
* Keeping recruitment processes sharp, organised and moving
This role is perfect for someone who:
