About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager – Lubrication Category to lead their lubrication solutions across both industrial and mobile markets. In this strategic role, you will shape the vision for their product portfolio, identify new growth opportunities, and drive innovation to enhance global profitability.
This position is ideal for a driven professional with experience in lubrication, asset management, or hydraulics, and a strong understanding of industrial or mobile equipment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the category strategy and roadmap to grow sales and market share
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Deliver technical support and product training to both internal and external audiences
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and evolving customer needs
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to support product improvement
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through to phase-out and replacement
- Continuously improve product offerings and technical documentation
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ product management experience in lubrication, asset management, or hydraulics
- Knowledge of mobile construction equipment is highly desirable
- Strong experience in product development, innovation pipelines, and performance tracking
- Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver growth strategies
- Project management skills with the ability to lead complex projects from concept to delivery
- High level of technical aptitude with strong communication across business functions
