Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our technology team. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in providing support to various business areas within the organization.
Your responsibilities will include resolving software and hardware issues, troubleshooting and investigating with other teams, researching for answers to complex questions, and participating in projects and initiatives that drive change within the organization.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office365, Windows 10/11, Apple MacBook/iOS, Zoom/Teams/Slack, Active Directory, SCCM/InTune, and general banking and market data applications. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
