Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
* Champion and embed mission, vision, and strategic priorities.
* Develop objectives that align with regional plans.
* Recommend initiatives to improve operations and meet targets.
* Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Operational & Financial Management
* Manage site operations within defined cost targets.
* Ensure production efficiency, stock control, and quality standards.
* Implement corrective actions when performance varies.
* Prioritize maintenance tasks and plan preventative maintenance.
Customer & Supplier Engagement
* Oversee chip production, storage, and transport.
* Monitor value chain alignment with supplier capabilities and customer needs.
* Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility obligations.
Process & Compliance Oversight
* Coordinate daily activities to ensure logs are received and processed.
* Maintain equipment safety and collaborate with Maintenance.
* Manage inventory, quality checks, and participate in audit programs.
* Closely out incidents and audit outcomes.
People Leadership & Culture
* Lead a culture of safety, performance, and accountability.
* Manage recruitment, training, and development of site staff.
* Ensure compliance with industrial relations and safety legislation.
* Promote a high-integrity working environment.
