Job Title: Information Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Information Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing information, library and archives databases across our organization, undertaking research and reference queries, taxonomy management, as well as end-user support and training for information and document management, and library, reference and research systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide operational support for library and archives, document management, information management, and records management systems and services across our organization.
* Provide training and support for all library, research, and archiving systems and services across our organization.
* Provide specialist E&P reference and research services to the business.
* Manage corporate subscriptions to external information sources.
* Support the data migration from transition databases to our systems.
* Provide inductions to new staff in information management; document management; records management; library, reference and research systems and services.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the information management framework and implement procedures and guidelines in accordance with the framework.
* Comply with our management system (SMS), delegation of authority (DOA), corporate governance, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have the following key skills and experience:

* Qualifications in information management or records management, and/or work equivalent experience.
* Experience working with both electronic and physical records in a similar role and/or demonstrated knowledge of records management principles and practices.
* Experience working with offsite storage and external archiving vendors.
* Database management experience in online library catalogues, Inmagic DBTextWorks is an advantage.
* Strong Microsoft suite skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Ability to work in a client-focused, team-oriented project environment.
