We are searching for an accomplished Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Health Psychologist to fill this critical role.
Key Aspects of the Job:
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and interventions for patients in various settings.
* Engage in allied health and discipline-specific orientation, induction, mentorship, supervision, and performance management programs.
* Assume a leadership position within the department and Allied Health team, driving growth and excellence.
* Support the Director of Psychology in completing performance management activities.
* Participate in strategic planning, staff meetings, service development, and other relevant forums.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Registration under the Psychology Board of Australia with endorsement in the area of practice of Clinical Psychology or Clinical Health Psychology.
* Completion of an APAC-approved postgraduate course in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Health Psychology.
* Ability to obtain or currently hold approved supervisor status with the Psychology Board of Australia (Grade 3).
* Relationship-building skills and a commitment to person-centered care.
* Knowledge of psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention techniques.
* Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
