We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.Key Responsibilities·Plan, design, and implement menus, including seasonal and special dishes·Develop new dishes and contribute to menu innovation·Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier management·Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety regulations·Train, mentor, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.
·Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
·Supervise daily kitchen operations and coordinate workflow.
