Role Overview
You will work closely with the Head Chef to craft menus, source fresh ingredients and kitchen supplies, and oversee food preparation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
As an experienced Chef/Sous Chef, you will have:
* A diploma or Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and implement efficient service procedures.
* Experience with dietary requirements and food safety protocols.
* Leadership skills to coach, mentor, and guide others to ensure seamless shift operations.
* A friendly attitude, willingness to develop new skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
