About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strata schemes, including arranging meetings, managing financials, maintaining records, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. This role involves regular communication with owners, committees, and service providers to ensure seamless operation of the strata schemes.
