We are looking for a team member that is a highly competent office administrator.
You will need to be highly motivated, customer service driven, and show a high level of initiative. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to quickly respond to customer requests.
You will be working with a small team of people across both sales, warehouse and administration and you will provide support across all areas of the business.
What you’ll be doing
* Using Xero
* Working with Fishbowl inventory system
* Basic spreadsheets and Microsoft programs
* Helping lead a small warehouse team
* Making sure simple policies and procedures are followed
* Light HR tasks for a small team
* General problem solving and keeping things running smoothly
* Reacting quickly to daily tasks to keep operations moving
* Excellent Customer Service
* Exceptional level of attention to detail

We distribute high-end medical products used by plastic surgeons and hospitals, so attention to detail and integrity are very important.
